Refund policy
1. No Returns or Exchanges (General Rule)

Orders generally cannot be returned or exchanged once placed due to the nature of perfume products.

Perfumes are often sold in decant or trial sizes so customers can try before committing to larger quantities.
2. Damaged or Defective Items Only

Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or defective.

You must ship the damaged product back to the seller’s address.

Opened or used perfumes — even slightly — are not eligible for a return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable for returned or undelivered products in most cases.

If the seller makes an error in shipping (wrong or missing item), they may handle that situation separately.
4. How Refunds Are Processed

If a return is approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment source after receiving the return.

A small fee (about 2.5%) for payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

For failed online transactions, refunds may be processed automatically within ~7 working days.
